该剧以1937年至1945年的抗战历程为背景，讲述以“书生党员”庄埼风（王雷 饰）为代表的崮城县基层党组织，坚持敌后深入群众、发动群众、依靠群众，在八路军115师派出的党员骨干帮助下，不断建立、发展、壮大山东抗日根据地，与日寇、顽匪斗智斗勇、以弱胜强，最终取得胜利的故事。该剧旨在诠释“兵民是胜利之本”的精神内涵，展现中国共产党在抗日战争中的中流砥柱作用，再现中华大地，特别是山东沂蒙地区军民同心、浴血抗战的壮丽篇章。
《我们的河山》是中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年重点剧目，也是中宣部2024年度文化产业发展专项资金支持项目。
